Reflect: Seniors will map their college learning experiences to honor the scope of their accomplishments, understand their transferable skills, and better connect with their roles of productive citizens. Seniors explore joining a business, starting a business, serving in the military, and/or giving a year of local, national, and/or global community service by connecting with the latest research on citizenship and career.

Career Search: Using the university resources, students will learn how to career network, prepare resumes, fine-tune employment interviewing, negotiate salaries, and connect with professionals for mentoring guidance in the career search. Take advantage of the services of the Career Services Center, which include, Owl-Track for posting resumes, on-campus interviewing, career fairs, on-line career fairs, researching salaries, working with career counselors for practice-video interviewing and one-on-one resume counseling. For those interested in starting a business, the services of Small Business Development are utilized.

Graduate School: Using the CAPS Center, seniors can prepare for the graduate school experience by learning how to research graduate programs, prepare applications, search for financial assistance, and develop a curriculum vitae featuring discipline expertise.

Produce a Professional Portfolio: Joining this national collegiate movement, seniors will produce a Best of Show Portfolio that showcases the history of their college experience. The portfolio is designed to best market skills, showcase accomplishments and connect students to their personal professional goals.
